ClassPets（班級寵物）由 乜都得有限公司（MUDUOPRO LIMITED，香港註冊）開發及營運。
本政策說明本應用程式如何處理資料。請先記住一句：ClassPets 唔會將任何資料傳送離開你部裝置。
我哋收集咩
冇。 ClassPets 唔會收集、傳輸或儲存任何個人資料到我哋或第三方嘅伺服器。
本應用程式：
- 冇帳戶、冇登入
- 冇分析工具、冇廣告、冇追蹤器
- 冇網絡請求（App 內所有內容都已隨程式打包）
你輸入嘅資料去咗邊
你喺 ClassPets 入面建立嘅嘢——班別名稱、學生名稱或代號、分數、獎勵紀錄、寵物選擇、語言設定——全部只儲存喺你部裝置本機（瀏覽器／應用程式嘅本機儲存空間）。
呢啲資料：
- 唔會上傳，亦唔會同步去任何雲端
- 我哋（乜都得有限公司）睇唔到，亦無法存取
- 會喺你解除安裝本應用程式，或者喺應用程式內清除資料時一併刪除
關於學生資料
ClassPets 係一款教師工具。如果你（教師）選擇喺應用程式內輸入學生姓名或任何可識別個人身分嘅資料，該等資料同樣只留喺你部裝置。
我哋建議：
- 盡可能使用學號、暱稱或代號，而唔係全名
- 遵守你所屬學校或教育機構嘅個人資料處理政策
由於資料從未離開你部裝置，處理該等資料嘅責任及控制權完全在你。
匯出備份
應用程式提供「匯出資料」功能，會產生一個備份檔案。該檔案由你自行選擇儲存位置或分享對象，我哋並無參與亦無法讀取。請自行妥善保管，特別係當中包含學生資料時。
兒童
本應用程式面向教師使用，並非以兒童為直接使用對象。由於我哋完全唔收集資料，本應用程式亦唔會收集任何兒童嘅個人資料。
權限
ClassPets 唔要求任何敏感權限。應用程式唔會使用相機、位置、通訊錄、麥克風或相片圖庫。
你嘅權利
香港法例第 486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》（PDPO）賦予資料當事人查閱及更正個人資料嘅權利。由於我哋並無持有你任何個人資料，我哋無資料可供查閱或更正。你裝置上嘅資料，你隨時可以喺應用程式內自行查看、修改或刪除。
政策變更
若本政策有任何更新，我哋會修改本頁面並更新頁頂嘅「最後更新」日期。

ClassPets Privacy Policy

ClassPets is developed and operated by MUDUOPRO LIMITED (乜都得有限公司), registered in Hong Kong.
This policy explains how the app handles data. The short version: ClassPets never sends any data off your device.
What we collect
Nothing. ClassPets does not collect, transmit or store any personal data on our servers or anyone else's.
The app has:
- no accounts and no sign-in
- no analytics, no advertising, no trackers
- no network requests — everything it needs ships inside the app
Where the data you enter goes
Everything you create in ClassPets — class names, student names or codes, points, reward history, pet choices, language preference — is stored only in local storage on your own device.
That data:
- is never uploaded and never synced to any cloud service
- cannot be seen or accessed by us
- is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data from within the app
About student data
ClassPets is a teacher's tool. If you, the teacher, choose to enter student names or any other identifying information, that information also stays on your device only.
We recommend:
- using student numbers, nicknames or codes rather than full names where practical
- following your school's or education authority's own policy on handling personal data
Because the data never leaves your device, responsibility for and control over that data rests entirely with you.
Exported backups
The app can export a backup file. You choose where that file is saved or who it is shared with. We are not involved and cannot read it. Please keep it safe, particularly if it contains student information.
Children
The app is intended for use by teachers and is not directed at children. Because we collect no data at all, the app collects no personal data from children either.
Permissions
ClassPets requests no sensitive permissions. It does not use the camera, location, contacts, microphone or photo library.
Your rights
Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) gives data subjects the right to access and correct their personal data. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to produce or correct. The data on your device remains yours to view, edit or delete at any time from within the app.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
