私隱政策 —— 乜都計（Muduo-calc）

乜都計由香港註冊公司 乜都得有限公司（MUDUOPRO LIMITED，下稱「我們」）開發及發佈。 我們處理個人資料時遵守香港法例第 486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》（「PDPO」）。
一句講晒
乜都計將所有資料加密存喺你部機。本 App 唔會將任何資料傳送俾我們或者任何第三方： 冇雲端、冇分析工具、冇當機回報、冇廣告。Android 版連網絡權限都冇申請。
資料由邊個負責
乜都計係俾公司（僱主）用嚟記錄員工打卡同考勤嘅工具。App 入面嘅員工資料，係由使用 本 App 嘅公司輸入、保存同管理。我們冇任何途徑收到或者睇到呢啲資料。
如果你係員工，想查閱或者更正你喺公司打卡機上面嘅資料，請直接聯絡你嘅僱主。
App 存咩
以下資料只存喺使用本 App 嘅裝置上，存放喺 App 嘅私有空間，並經加密：
- 公司名稱、工作地點名稱同時區
- 員工嘅中文及英文姓名、員工編號、入職日期
- 打卡紀錄：時間、上班或收工，以及記錄當時部機嘅時間資料（用嚟發現時鐘被改動）
- 考勤處理紀錄：人工修正、修正原因同備註、重複打卡嘅處理決定
- 管理員密碼同員工打卡密碼嘅驗證值（經加鹽雜湊處理；App 唔儲存密碼本身）
- 一個隨機產生嘅裝置識別碼，用嚟分辨每一筆打卡由邊部機記錄
另外，介面語言（中文或 English）存喺 App 私有空間一個獨立嘅小檔案，冇加密， 因為佢唔包含任何個人資料。
資料庫用 ChaCha20-Poly1305 加密；解密用嘅密碼匙由系統嘅安全儲存保管（iPhone／iPad 用 Keychain，Android 用 Android Keystore 保護嘅儲存）。
App 送咩出去
乜都冇送。 本 App 冇任何會傳送資料嘅功能或者第三方元件。
備份同刪除
- 本 App 冇備份功能。資料只喺呢部機；部機遺失、損壞或者被重設，資料會一併失去。
- Android：已關閉系統備份，資料唔會經 Google 備份或者換機工具轉移。
- iPhone／iPad：系統備份（iCloud 或電腦）可能會包含已加密嘅資料庫檔，但解密用嘅 密碼匙設定為只限本機使用，所以喺另一部機還原後，資料庫無法開啟。
- 解除安裝本 App 會刪除 App 內嘅資料。
權限
本 App 唔需要相機、位置、聯絡人、通知或者任何會彈出要求嘅權限。
兒童
本 App 係商業工具，唔以兒童為對象。
修改
政策如有修改，會喺呢個網址更新，並註明新嘅「最後更新」日期。

Privacy Policy — Muduo-calc (乜都計)

Muduo-calc is developed and published by MUDUOPRO LIMITED (乜都得有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong ("we"). We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong (the "PDPO").
In one sentence
Muduo-calc keeps everything encrypted on your device. The app sends nothing to us or to anyone else: no cloud, no analytics, no crash reporting and no ads. The Android version does not even request network access.
Who is responsible for the data
Muduo-calc is a tool that businesses (employers) use to record staff clock-ins and attendance. The staff details in the app are entered, kept and managed by the business that uses it. We have no way to receive or see any of that data.
If you are an employee and want to see or correct your details on your employer's clock, please contact your employer directly.
What the app stores
The following is stored only on the device that runs the app, in the app's private storage, and encrypted:
- The company name, and each workplace's name and time zone
- Staff Chinese and English names, employee IDs and start dates
- Clock-ins and clock-outs: the time, the direction, and the device's own time readings when each was recorded (used to notice a clock that was changed)
- Attendance decisions: manual corrections with their reasons and notes, and decisions about possible double punches
- Verifiers for the admin PIN and staff clock PINs (salted hashes; the app does not store the PINs themselves)
- A randomly generated device identifier, to tell which device recorded each punch
Separately, the interface language (Chinese or English) is kept in a small file in the app's private storage, unencrypted, because it holds no personal data.
The database is encrypted with ChaCha20-Poly1305. The key that decrypts it is kept in the system's secure storage (the Keychain on iPhone and iPad; storage protected by the Android Keystore on Android).
What the app sends
Nothing. The app has no feature and no third-party component that transmits data.
Backup and deletion
- The app has no backup feature. The data lives on this device only; if the device is lost, damaged or reset, the data is lost with it.
- Android: system backup is turned off, so the data is not copied by Google backup or device-transfer tools.
- iPhone and iPad: a system backup (iCloud or a computer) may include the encrypted database file, but the key that decrypts it is restricted to this device, so the database cannot be opened after restoring onto another device.
- Uninstalling the app deletes its data.
Permissions
The app does not need the camera, location, contacts, notifications or any other permission that asks for your approval.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
